AirAsia Philippines ushers in 2026 with a significant expansion of its international network, announcing the launch of two new direct routes to Vietnam. The new services from Manila to Hanoi and Da Nang further strengthen AirAsia’s footprint in Southeast Asia while providing Filipino travelers with more affordable and convenient travel options in the region.
To celebrate the launch, AirAsia Philippines is offering introductory one-way base fares starting at just ₱888, exclusive of fees and surcharges. The promotional fares are available for booking until 1 February 2026, with a travel period from 20 March to 25 October 2026.
Both routes will officially commence on 20 March 2026, giving travelers ample time to plan their next international adventure and secure seats at promotional rates.
The expansion into Vietnam builds on AirAsia Philippines’ recent network growth, including the launch of its Cebu hub, and highlights the airline’s continued commitment to enhancing regional connectivity and stimulating travel across Southeast Asia.
“The addition of Vietnam to our route network highlights AirAsia Philippines’ commitment to growth and leadership in the budget travel market. Our hope is to give Filipino travelers more choices, better value, and easier access to exciting destinations in Southeast Asia. We also aim to bring more tourists to the Philippines to contribute to economic growth,” said Capt. Suresh Bangah, CEO and President of AirAsia Philippines.
AirAsia Philippines will operate four weekly flights to Hanoi and four weekly flights to Da Nang every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, featuring convenient afternoon to evening departure schedules designed to suit both leisure and business travelers.
With these new Vietnam routes, AirAsia Philippines continues to reinforce its position as a leading low-cost carrier, making international travel more accessible and affordable for Filipinos.
