What is SingapoRewards?
It's a tourist incentive programme to offer complimentary leisure experiences to eligible international travelers visiting Singapore. International travelers visiting Singapore from 18 October 2022 may apply to redeem a free experience from close to 40 specially curated “Hidden Gems” experiences.
Who is eligible for SingapoRewards?
Enjoy a free experience with SingapoRewards if you meet all 3 conditions below:
• I am entering Singapore as a short-term visitor and am not a resident
• I am arriving by flight
• I am redeeming a free experience under SingapoRewards for the first time
Please note that as SingapoRewards is aimed at promoting inbound travel into Singapore, Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders are not eligible for the programme.
How long will it last?
SingapoRewards is now officially launched globally after a pilot period of four months. Redemptions of the complimentary experiences are subject to availability.
What personal data will be collected?
The guest information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Number) collected will be passed to the ticketing partner and merchants for booking redemption, ticket issuance and customer support.
The trip information (Passport Number, Date of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Flight Number, Date of Arrival and Departure) collected is used for data validation of our programme conditions, in terms of traveller's eligibility. This data will only be available to STB, and the Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore, in accordance with ICA's Privacy Policy.
The booking information (Experience selected, Booking timeslot, Ticket status) collected will be used for largely for financial reconciliation and statutory reporting or record-keeping. This information will be available to only STB and our official ticketing partner, GlobalTix.
Basic guest information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) collected will be used for contacting you with regards to post-experience satisfaction surveys. This information will only be available to GlobalTix and their third-party survey provider platform, Momentive Inc.
Can I change my existing Booking or cancel it?
You may modify your booking by canceling your reserved experience on the Manage Booking page of your Visit Singapore Account and rebooking another experience once you have canceled. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your reserved experience. Otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your free experience even if you did not attend. Please note that there is only one free experience redemption per visitor.
