Check-in time for most hotels are usually in the afternoon, around 2PM or 3PM. There are some hotels will let you check in early but most of them are not. I stayed in one of their Deluxe rooms. It comes with one queen size bed, a small flat screen tv with cable channels, cabinet, table and chair. It's not spacious but it's just right for couple or single traveler who want to take a full rest. Private bath comes with hot and cold shower as well with FREE toiletries like soap and shampoo. Clean towel is also available.

24H City Hotel has three types of rooms: Studio Solo, Studio Twin and Studio De Luxe. Each room is designed to provide practical space and comfort to guests. Room rate starts from Php1980 to Php2680. Their rooms are really affordable. 

Amenities include a swimming pool, gaming area, music lounge and function room. All of these are located on the 7th Floor of the hotel.

By the way, all rooms come with FREE breakfast. You may go to the ground floor of the hotel. Please be advised, it's buffet. They will give you a coupon that you can use to avail the FREE breakfast which is Filipino dishes ( Silog Meals). The restaurant has good vibe atmosphere. The atmosphere is light and inviting. 

Overall, the ‘24 hour check in’ option of the hotel are favorable to all travellers who want to check in at any time of the day or night. This option will surely not waste of time and money. The room is good and clean. Staff are also friendly and accommodating.
