Labuan Bajo is accessible via a direct flight from Bali, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. We booked our flight through AirAsia Move. Once there, local boat tours and private charters are the best way to explore the nearby islands. By the way, if you are traveling from the Philippines, you need to book a flight first bound for Kuala Lumpur. As of the moment, there's no direct flight from Philippines to Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.
