Take the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and continue on the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) until you reach the Tipo Tollgate. From there, follow the signs to Olongapo City. Make sure to use Waze or Google Maps if you are driving with a private car.

Public Bus: Several bus companies operate regular trips from Manila to Olongapo City. Take a Victory Liner Bus bound for "Olongapo" or "Subic Bay" at major bus terminals in Metro Manila ( Cubao, Pasay and Monumento). From the Victory Liner terminal, take a bus or jeepney bound for Iba or Santa Cruz Zambales. Tell the driver to drop you off at Samba Bluewater Resort.
