My journey to Solea Coast Resort began with a desire to escape the ordinary and immerse myself in a world of blissful tranquility. As I arrived at the resort, I was instantly captivated by its captivating ambiance—a haven of serenity nestled amidst lush tropical landscapes.
Stepping into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome, instantly making me feel like an honored guest. The staff gave me a refreshing drink and a cold towel. The resort's architectural brilliance harmoniously blended with the surrounding natural elements, creating an atmosphere that exuded sophistication and relaxation.

Situated on the stunning coastline of Panglao, just 15 minutes away from Panglao International Airport, Solea Coast Resort has direct access to a quiet beachfront where you can take leisurely walks along the serene shorelines. It also offers breathtaking views of the sunset over the Bohol sea from the room's private balcony. The resort's prime location truly allows you to immerse yourself in nature's beauty and tranquility.

I stayed in one of their airconditioned rooms located on the 5th floor of the building. This clean, spacious room comes with 2 queen size beds, a table and chairs, a mini refrigerator, fresh towels, a safety deposit box, an electric kettle, slippers and a flat-screen tv with cable channels. The room has also a hot and cold shower with complimentary toiletries. My favorite part of the room was its private balcony. It has the perfect view of the magical sunset. As the sun descended below the horizon, casting its golden hues upon the water, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and gratitude.

Prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey at Earth Restaurant, Solea Coast Resort's exceptional in-house restaurant. Indulge in a diverse array of local and international cuisines from Filipino, Japanese, Korean, American, and more. I loved its signature rice, pinakbet, and spicy pork sisig.
For those who want to drink with a view can go up at the Salt & Sky Bar, which recently opened and is hailed as the first ever rooftop bar in Bohol. This offers unique cocktail concoctions, innovative fusion dishes, finger food, mocktails, and other non alcoholic drinks. Dishes from different gastronomic inspirations with top picks that include Hawaiian Poke Bowls, Sisig Fajita, Hand-tossed Pizza & Egg-free Piasta, and Green Tea Gorgonzola. The bar is open to any special events for groups and reservations.
Apart from the balcony of my room, I also enjoyed staying at Salt & Sky Bar. It has a 360-degree view of Panglao Island and offers one of the best sunsets in the province. While at the bar, I recommend ordering some of their headliner drinks: Signature Booze, Brokenhearted Punch, or the classic Pina Colada. The resort's inviting restaurants and bars provide the perfect ambiance to enjoy unforgettable dining experiences with loved ones.
The Solea's Lovely Outdoor Pool with an Ocean View
Solea Coast Resort's outdoor pool offers more than just a place to swim. As I approached its Instgrammable pool, my eyes were captivated by the mesmerizing panorama. Its pristine waters blend seamlessly with the horizon, creating a sense of unity with the vast expanse of the ocean. The pool's temperature is maintained to perfection, so it's fine to swim day or at night. If you're in the mood for some tantalizing flavors, their poolside bar offers a delightful selection of refreshing cocktails and mouthwatering snacks, ensuring that your poolside experience is nothing short of perfection.
