Sunlight Air, the newest domestic airline in the Philippines

Great news to all travelers! I found a new domestic airline that will take you to your dream destinations around the Philippines with ease and quality service. Let me introduce Sunlight Air. It’s the newest player in Philippine aviation that aims to strengthen domestic tourism with routes that seamlessly connect to Palawan, Siargao, Cebu, Bohol and Boracay.

In the recent online launch, Sunlight Air announced that they are now ready to #BringWarmthtotheSkies with stringent COVID-19 ensures in place and a better and newly improved air travel experience.  It aims to give comfort and warmth to every passenger’s trip.

Besides flying with comfort and warm Filipino hospitality, Sunlight Air further changes the aviation game by giving all its passengers access to an in-flight entertainment system. With this, passengers can access high-quality premium content such as movies, music, news, magazine, games and more in full high-definition, 1080-pixel format.

The airline also shared its first-ever travel bubble package in partnership with Asia Pacific Travel and Sunlight Ecotourism Island Resort (SETIR). Asia Pacific Travel is the official travel agency of Sunlight Air, while SETIR is one of the biggest privately-owned island resorts located in Culion, Palawan.

If you want to experience the beauty of Palawan, you can avail the "Fly, Stay & Dine", a private Island Gateaway.  The package includes roundtrip airfare from Manila to Busuanga, Palawan, and vice versa via Sunlight Air. A four-day and three-night accommodation for two in one of SETIR’s overwater villas inclusive of daily breakfast at Sun Cafe; roundtrip land and boat transfers from Busuanga Airport to the island and vice versa; one-time spa treatment at the Sanctuary Spa; one-time lunch or dinner by the beach; and P4,000 worth of food and beverage voucher.

Sunlight Air was established on 22 July 2019 with three ATR 72-500 aircraft in its fleet. The company was set to launch last March 2020 but the onslaught of the pandemic has delayed their plans. Now that the right time has finally come, this domestic airline is ready to #BringingWarmthtotheSkies safely.
