Take a bus from Manila (Cubao, PITX or Buendia) to Batangas Port/Pier, a trip that usually takes around two to three hours. The fare is around P250.
At Batangas Port/Pier, board a ferry to Puerto Galera. Travel time is around 1-1.5 hours, with ferries arriving at the popular Balatero Port. The fare is around P550.
From there, take a tuktuk bound for white beach. The fare is P150, good for 4 pax.
Ferry operators include Galerian and Island Water, both of which offer frequent trips.
By Private Vehicle:
Drive from Manila to Batangas Port (around 2 hours).
Park your car in designated areas at Batangas Port and take the ferry to Puerto Galera.
