Nordic Villa warmly welcomes your fur babies, making it a pet-friendly villa that ensures your beloved pets are part of the vacation experience.

General Guidelines

1. To maintain the privacy and comfort of the checked-in guests, they kindly ask that visitors refrain from entering the house and premises. Only guests with confirmed reservations are allowed inside the villa.

2. Please observe a noise curfew starting at 11:00 PM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all.

3. Check-in time is between 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM at the latest.

4. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability, with an additional charge of P1000 per hour.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

6. They gladly welcome pets with a small pet-only damage security deposit of ₱5000.

7. Kindly note that their property is not a full-service hotel, so they appreciate your assistance in cleaning up after yourselves, especially during dining.

8. For safety reasons, heavy cooking is not permitted in the indoor kitchen. You can use the outdoor kitchen for deep-frying, barbecuing, and similar activities.

Headcount Policy

1. The maximum occupancy allowed is up to 20 guests.

2. Please include drivers, maids, and other employees of the guests in the headcount.

3. Children aged 2 and below are exempt from charges and headcount, provided they share a bed with a parent or guardian.
