We stayed in one of their Deluxe Rooms. Our air-conditioned room, perfect for nature lovers, is surrounded by verdant grass and tropical trees. It features 2 beds with comfy bedding, a flat-screen tv, a wooden cabinet, a refrigerator and complimentary coffee. It has also a spacious bathroom that features a hot and cold shower, fresh white towels, and complimentary toiletries.
The room has also a private balcony that comes with a table and chairs. It's facing the resort's restaurant and is very accessible to the white beach. There's also a swing to enjoy, a few steps from our balcony. Room rates start for as low as P2300 per night good for two pax.
One of my favorite spots in the resort was the Craic House, a charming Irish pub & restaurant that offers mouthwatering dishes, refreshing juices and alcoholic beverages. I must say it's the best restaurant in Malapascua for having a nice and cool ambiance with the overlooking view of the white beach. The food was awesome and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It has several picture-perfect spots where you can unwind and admire the scenery.
At Evolution Dive and Beach Resort, water sports activities such as diving and snorkeling can be arranged. The resort is famous for its world-class diving. Just to mention, Evolution Dive is one of the best dive centres in Malapascua if not all of the Philippines. It offers incredible diving with rare Thresher Sharks. Yes, you could see up close this amazing sea creature. The Thresher Shark is one of a few species that likes to leap from the water and seeing this kind of shark in Malapascua is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We met Gino, the local guide and a professional scuba diver. This guy was very nice and knowledgeable about his craft. He shared a lot of things about scuba diving especially certain things that every diver should remember. The information he provided was easy to learn and understand. We enjoyed our scuba diving with him and it's truly an incredible scuba diving experience.
Aside from diving, Evolution resort offers a new service perfect for bikers. Yes, they have fat bikes that you can rent to explore the island. We went to the north and visited one of the famous white sand beaches on the island, the North Beach. Biking is fun in Malapascua.
If you are a health and fitness enthusiast, there's a gym near the resort that you can continue your daily exercise routines. The gym features some of the workout equipment you need to improve your health and have a good physique. Matt, a technical diver and instructor trainer of Evolution and also a gym buff, will surely help you to achieve your body goals.
