Boracay is the most famous white beach destination in the Philippines. It features powdery white sand beaches, turquoise waters, a calm atmosphere and rich biodiversity. This paradise also features several accommodations, from high-end resorts, and transient homes to budget-friendly hostels, you can surely find the perfect hotel within your budget.
On my recent trip to Boracay, I noticed a lot of changes on the island. The long white coastline is overwhelmingly clean. Cabanas, beach beds, bean bags, wooden tables and chairs are gone near the shoreline. Smoking, drinking, eating, massage service, and hawking are also prohibited in the beach area. Aside from that, water activities can be done only on the different sides of the island.
