Baguio City is one of the favorite destinations for most Filipinos. Due to its cool mountain weather, it’s considered the "Summer Capital of the Philippines". The city offers several interesting attractions, fun indoor and outdoor activities and best restaurants.

Recently, we spent our weekends in Baguio. I love to go here after summer because it’s less crowd and the ber-months weather is really awesome. The city is truly a perfect destination to get away from the pollution and busy roads in the Metro.

My work is a little bit stressful. That’s why most of the time I file leave and go to a place that I can chill and relax. Baguio is one of my top choices because of its cold weather and natural wonders. I can also find here great restaurants that offer authentic dishes and delicious brewed coffee.

Traveling to the "City of Pines" is not complete getaway experience without a place to stay. We booked a room at Kamiseta Hotel. As we entered in the hotel, we’re welcomed with a lovely reception decorated with floral wallpapers, luxury furniture and extravagant chandelier. The high-end furniture was perfectly picked to make the ambiance look elegant with a touch of homey feel. Every corner was instagram worthy.

Before entering to our room, they gave us welcome drinks, fresh strawberries and appetizing sweets. Their staff were friendly and accommodating. They're well trained on how to interact with guest questions and requests.

The Room

Our air-conditioned room features a king size bed covered with cotton sheets and blanket paired with comfy pillows. It comes also with flat tv screen with cable channels, cabinet, telephone, table and chairs. The elegant curtains and floral wallpapers are very refreshing to the eyes. The main attraction of the room is a lovely chandelier.
