Laiban Falls In Tanay Rizal

After a long and tiring trek, we traversed the mountain going to the newly-opened Laiban Falls. It's one of the latest attractions in Tanay Rizal, which is perfect  destination for budget-friendly travelers.

From the summit of the twin mountain, Mt. Tangwa (Mt Lubo) and Mt. Ngusong Kabayo, we passed in a muddy and slipper y trail. The first stop was to the highest waterfalls in the area. It's not advisable to go near to the cascading water because it's too dangerous. The whole area was very slippery.

We carefully stepped in our shoes into the cold water while passing the river. We enjoyed the sound of the flowing water. The chirping of the birds from the trees was like music to our ears. It's actually entertaining.

After passing the river, our guide told us to run faster. It sounds crazy but we did it. The reason why I followed him because there are limatics reside on that trail. Even I run so fast, there're still limatics clung on my feet. No worries guys, it's not hurt. You can just see blood once you remove it from your skin.

From the limatics scene,  a couple of minutes, we finally reached the Laiban Falls. It's not like other waterfalls that has basin-like pool, Laiban Falls has cascading cold water going directly to the river. It's very refreshing to sit and lie down on the flowing water. We enjoyed staying here. Maybe for some it's not that amazing,  I still consider it as a great place to bond with your friends and family.
