Changes to reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total accommodation cost for the entire stay.
Cancellations and refunds are not permitted within 7 days of the expected arrival date; however, rebooking is allowed in the event of force majeure.
Seamless Reservations
To confirm your booking, simply make a payment through the provided Paymaya link. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Additional Policies
1. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
2. Children aged 7 and below stay for free, but please note that breakfast is not included.
3. Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises. Management reserves the right to impose a fee of Php 2,500 per day if necessary.
4. For the time being, they regretfully cannot accommodate pets due to ongoing expansion and limited pet-friendly facilities.
