Reminders:
1. Check-in time is 3PM. Check Out is 1PM. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed
2. Visitors are not allowed. Only guests included in the headcount are allowed to enter the property
3. Drivers, maids, and other employees of the guests are included in the headcount.
4. Children ages 5 and below are also included in the headcount.
5. Pets are allowed and can stay at the lanai
6. No smoking allowed inside the main house, you may smoke outside / in open areas.
7. Feel free to use all equipment and tableware provided but make sure to clean after. Missing items will be charged to guests upon checkout.
8. Be mindful of the noise from 10 PM and onwards.

How to get to Gracia Viviente
By Private Car
If you’re driving from Manila, you can take any of these routes.
1. via Cavitex. This will lead you to Antero Soriano Highway across Kawit, Tanza, Naic and Ternate. Then, you’ll be driving through Tagaytay Nasugbo Highway and going to Palico Nasugbo Highway. The farm is on the opposite sideVictoria Ville Subdivision. Another landmark is Biliran National High School.
2. via Emilio Aguinaldo Highway which passes through Imus, Dasmarinas and Silang.
3. via SLEX (South Luzon Expressway). Take Santa Rosa Exit and stay on Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road then on Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road. (You can also take Eton City or Greenfield City Exits to avoid traffic jams in Sta. Rosa.)
Note: You can search the property via Waze/ Google Maps for your convenience. Enter only on the way that has concrete roads going to the property. The app might instruct you in the off-road direction which is not good for your car.
