Exciting things to do in Boracay in the New Normal

Aside from the pristine white sand beaches and cozy hotels and resorts, Boracay also attracts a lot of vacationers because of its amazing outdoor activities. From island hopping, scuba diving, cliff diving to parasailing, this island has a lot to offer for every tourist. It is truly one of the ultimate water sports playgrounds in the Philippines.

If you are an adventurous traveler, I recommend trying parasailing. We tried this activity courtesy of BIA Watersports Boracay. At first, I have hesitated to try this activity because of my fear of heights. It's a good thing my friends were very supportive and they convinced me to do it.

My legs and arms were shaking from the time the balloon started to move up. My friend cheered me to relax. When we finally reached the peak level, I saw the panoramic view of Boracay Island. It's very beautiful.  I'm still feeling nervous but the aerial view of Boracay and its surroundings were so amazing. I'm happy I tried this activity. No worries, this activity is safe. The staff will give you the safety rules and regulations before partaking in this not so extreme activity. BIA Watersports' top priority is the safety and convenience of their clients.

We also tried the jetski. It's like we're driving a scooter on the water. It's fun and safe. I tried this before on my trips to Batangas that's why I know how to drive it. But of course, I still need to listen to the instructor to make sure we are safe while driving the jetski. Don't feel too much confident even you know how to swim and to drive a jetski. Please make sure to drive safely.

To explore Boracay white beaches and islands, I recommend joining island hopping. It's the fastest and easiest way to reach some of the white beaches in Boracay. The boat will bring you to Puka Beach, Magic Island, Crocodile Island, and Crystal Cove Beach. The island hopping comes with FREE lunch. If you want to save money and to find new friends, I suggest joining a group tour. Being a joiner is fun! But if you want to be in control of which places you want to visit, you can hire a private boat.

Another chill outdoor activity in Boracay you must try is Paraw Sailing. The Paraw will tour you around the island. The best time to do this activity is during sunset. I'm sure most of you will agree that Sunset in Boracay is one of the best sunsets not only in the country but also around the world.

If you still have the budget and a lot of time on the island, you might also consider trying scuba diving, helmet diving, fly fish, banana boating, and swim like a mermaid.
