A Natural Pool In The Mountain Of Rizal

The province of Rizal is home to numerous natural attractions. From green mountains, cascading waterfalls, shallow rivers, interesting museums, Rizal has something to offer spectacular for every traveler.

In our recent visit to Rizal, we found this hidden gem in the quiet town of Baras. Let me introduce GSB Farm. It features natural pools and rock formations lying at the piedmont of the mountain.

The natural pool is surrounded by several species of plants and trees. The water is clear and cold, which flows directly from the mountain. It has no chlorine nor other chemicals. It's truly pure. Some of the rock formations are naturally formed by nature. It means that these rocks are in the area before the resort was built.

GSB Farm offers several cottages made up of bamboo, woods, and other indigenous materials. Rates start at P300 to P800. If you want to stay overnight, the resort has nipa huts and tents for rent. They have also glamping which comes with an airbed with complete bedding, a small table, and complimentary breakfast every weekend. The pitching tent fee is P50.

The resort is open 24/7 but they limit their visitors up to 150 pax per day. The entrance fee for the day tour is P50 and the overnight stay is P100. It's recommended to contact first the resort's management through their Facebook page to make sure they can accommodate you
