Fluer De Chine Hotel

This luxurious hotel sits at the north peninsula of the Sun Moon Lake that offers a very inviting accommodations with a spa, hydrotherapy hot spring area, an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

I stayed in a premiere Japanese style room with a lovely lake view. It has Tatami bed type, hot spring tub and private balcony. It's also is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV and complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. Looking the beautiful Sun Moon Lake in the morning was very awesome. It's truly relaxing to stay in their room, a highly recommended for a couple or a family stay!

The hotel has on-site restaurants that offer Chinese, Japanese and Western dishes. The restaurant's ambiance and food are really great!

Hotel Fleur De Chine is a 1-hour drive from Taichung High Speed Railway Station.  It is a 90-minute drive from Taichung Railway Station and Taichung Airport.

InSky Hotel

A short work from the famous Fengjia Night Market in Taichung, The InSky Hotel features comfy rooms with outdoor swimming pool and gym. Free WiFi is available in all rooms as well.

I got an air-conditioned room that comes with queen-size bed, a flat-screen cable TV, closet, desk, seating area, mini fridge, safe locker and an electric kettle. The private bathroom has a bathtub and shower facilities.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception and their staff are very accommodating and friendly. The surrounding area has a wide selection of international and local restaurants, coffee/ tea shops and supermarkets.

In Sky Hotel is a 15-minute drive from Green Park Lane or THSR Taichung Station. Taichung Railway Station and Taichung Airport are both 30 minutes' drive away.

Tien Lai Resort & Spa

Tien Lai Resort & Spa is one of the popular hotels in Taiwan. The resort is famous for its hot springs which is said to have healing powers because of white sulfur. It offers a rare view of the mountain and sea, the entire Yangmingshan National Park and the back garden of Tienlai National Park.

Each air-conditioned room is equipped with comfy bed, flat-screen cable TV, seating area, a hair dryer, in-house movies, internet access, satellite TV and a private bathroom. My favorite spot in the room is the mini hotspring. The hot water relaxed my body, an effective way to dissolve stress and body tension after a long day. On top of that, I have a beautiful view of the mountains while enjoying the hotspring.

Tien Lai Resort & Spa has spa water facilities, sauna, happy farm, gym and an outdoor swimming pool as well on-site restaurant that offers some of the finest western cuisines.

Yang Ming Shan Tien Lai Resort & Spa provides free parking, and is a 10-minute drive from JinShan Old Street. Taoyuan International Airport is a 1.5-hour drive away.

Just Sleep

Just Sleep is located in the heart of Ximending. It's 2-minute walk from MRT Ximen Station and Ximending shopping district. This hotel offers cosy accommodation, 24-hour front desk and FREE WIFI.

The room features modern-look ambiance which is perfect for millennials. My room has a big and comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channel, luggage storage and safety deposit box. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer, free toiletries and a separate shower. It also comes with complimentary water and tea/coffee making facilities.

Staff can speak both Mandarin Chinese and English. They are very helpful and accommodating.

Just Sleep is a 10-minute walk from Zhongshan MRT Train Station and a 15-minute drive from Taipei Main Station. Taoyuan Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
