Mr. Batungbacal share to pick mangoes straight from the tree |
During the NLEX Lakbay Norte, Mr. Enrico Batungbacal, owner of the 190-hectare mango-based farm, shared his insights into mango cultivation, harvesting techniques, and the farm's commitment to sustainable agriculture. He also discussed the meticulous process of nurturing mango trees, from planting to harvesting, and gain a deeper appreciation for the hard work behind each delicious fruit. One of the highlights of our tour was the opportunity to pick mangoes. I really enjoyed plucking the fruit straight from the tree. And the best part, we tasted their ripe mangoes. It's heavenly sweet!
Apart from Mango, Batubangcal Farms also sells the freshest and best kinds of honeydew, papaya and guava.
Batungbacal Farms' fruits are available in Landmark Supermarket. They delivered the first boxes to Landmark Alabang, Landmark BGC, Landmark Makati, and Landmark Trinoma. One box with 24 pcs of mangoes is around P750.
