Crystal Beach Resort | Surfing! Camping! Bonding!

My college friends are not into camping. Most of the time, we choose to book cozy yet affordable room every time we go to the beach. They know me as backpacker who always like the DIY travel. This time, I let them try the life of a camper. I brought them in a resort in Zambales called Crystal Beach Resort.

Crystal Beach Resort is one of the top-choice surf resorts in the Philippines. The place is perfect for camping, surf lessons and team-building activities. We arrived in the resort before lunch. We we're welcomed with some accommodation which made up of natural materials.. The camping site is near the shoreline where colorful tents are being pitched. The camping area is also surrounded by pine trees.

Aside from the camping site, I also enjoyed the amazing waves. It's surprisingly I enjoyed more the waves here compare in Baler. Well, the water level here is not that dangerous compare with other surfing destinations. For those who don't know how to swim, no worries, you can still enjoy  the waves here.

Day tour is Php 195.00/person for the entrance fee. Overnight stay with own tent is Php 550.00 per person with Php 250 consumable of food and drinks. Those who will rent resort's tent will cost you P750. Rates of rooms are from P1,700 from P12,000. Glamorous camping also known as "Glamping" is also available in the resort.

Activities that you can indulge in the resort include surfing, swimming, kayaking, playing frisbee and volleyball, bonfire and a lot more.

WIFI is available at the reception area. The resort offers FREE parking which is available 24/7. Corkage fees include P50.00/bottle for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and Php 500.00/case or bottle of hard drinks(alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages).

*Rates are subject to change without prior notice
