1. Pahiyas Festival

Pahiyas Festivals is one of the country’s largest and most colorful festival held every May 15th at Lucban and Sariaya in the province of Quezon. It's thanksgiving to San lsidro, the patron saint of farmers. This festival showcases a street of houses which are adorned with fruits, vegetables, agricultural products, handicrafts and kiping, a rice-made decoration. There's also a competition for the best ornamented house.
 

2. Pulilan Carabao Festival

Pulilan Carabao Festival is celebrated every 14th and 15th of May in Pulilan, Bulacan. This much-awaited festival to honor to honor their patron saint, San Isidro Labrador. Bulakenyo decorated their carabaos with colorful garlands. You can also witness here some area and bamboos adorned with fruits, candies, food crops and multi-colored ‘kipings’.

3. Flores de Mayo 

Flores de Mayo is celebrated every month of May as a tribute to the Blessed Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ. In this celebration, you would witness a Santacruzan, aritual pageant held on the last day of the Flores de Mayo. The name of the festival is derived from the Spanish language word flores meaning "flowers." Other names are "Flores de María" ("Flowers of Mary") and "Álay" (Filipino for "offering")

4. Obando Fertility Rites

The Obando Fertility Rites known as as the Sayaw sa Obando became famous in the country because some of childless couples who participated in the festival miraculously give birth. During the even, you would find some childless couples dance to the tune of Santa Clara Pinung-pino, the traditional music of the festival. The celebration is from May 17 to May 19.

5. Manggahan Festival 

For those who love Mango, this festival is the right for you. Manggahan Festival or Mango Festival is Guimaras' largest event of the year. It's held from May 11-22 to celebrate the bountiful harvest of Mango in the province. Various activities are being showcased  in the province of Guimaras including street dancing, SINADYA (merrymaking),Mango Eating Contest, Cultural Competition and many more!

6. Balangay Festival (Balanghai)

Balangay Festival  is celebrated in Butuan City. It's one month celebration which commemorates the coming of the early migrants from Borneo and Celebes. Witness the Balik-Butuan and the Mutya ng Butuan, the highlights of the festival.

7. Tikanlu Festival

The Tikanlu Festival is celebrated from 1 May to 6 May in the province of Ilocos Sur. The celebration features street dancing, trade fair, balikbayan night, singing & beauty contests.

8. Magayon Festival

Magayon Festival is celebrated on May 1st in Albay. The festival is a festivity of the Albayano’s way of life and a thanksgiving for the abundance of the land’s abundant harvest.

9. Sumakah Festival

Sumakah Festival is one the famous festivals in the province of Rizal which held every 1st if May. SUMAKAH which means Suman, Mangga, Kasoy and Hamaka.  The first three are the most famous products of Antipolo.

10. Makalawan “Pinya” Festival

The Makalawan “Pinya” Festivalis celebrated from 10 May to 15 May in the province of Laguna. It endorses the juicy and sweetest pineapple or “pinya” as a main agricultural artifact of the town of Calauan. You can find here street dancing where participants are wearing colorful costumes with designs inspired by pineapple or pinya.
