SM City Legazpi has the Most Scenic Food Hall in the Philippines

Located in the southern foothills of the scenic Mayon Volcano, Legazpi City is an amazing destination in Albay. It has the tourism tagline the "City of Fun and Adventure", with a number of exciting adventure activities including riding an ATV around Mt. Mayon, skydiving, scuba diving, and several outdoor and water sports. The city also served by the Legazpi Domestic Airport, the region’s busiest airport.

A Legazpi City adventure will not be completed without a visit to the newly-opened SM City Legazpi. It’s an excellent place for shopping and food adventure. You can find here a great selection of restaurants, food stalls, and branded stores.

One of the must-visit spots in the mall is the Food Hall. You can find here several food stalls like Mr. Kimbob Korean BBQ, Salo, Xinyi Chicken, Potata Corner, Turks, Scrapes, Fruitas (House of Desserts), Bottoms Up, Mexita Pizza, Westside, and Shou (Lamien). Eat your food while you enjoy  the spectacular view of Mayon Volcano. The best time to eat here is in the afternoon like around 3PM-6PM to witness the clear and perfect cone shape of  the volcano.

The food court is clean and huge with a bright atmosphere. It's pleasing to the eyes and it's not that too crowded. Tables and chairs are arranged properly. The choice is vast and food is really good. Discover which dish is best for your budget. No worries, there are lots of affordable meals in the food court.

Aside from the Food Hall, you can find great restaurants at the third level of the mall. We tried the famous Chili (Sili) Ice cream, Laing and Bicol Express in 1st Colonial. They’re really good. The chili taste was tolerable! On the other hand, CFront served different seafood dishes. May favorite was the grilled shrimp and fish. There's no doubt why they are the famous restaurant in Legazpi Boulevard. Their food was really awesome! Good thing they already have branch in SM City Legazpi.

We went down to ground floor to check other restaurants. We found Gringo, a Latin restaurant, that offers baked chicken with healthy sides, nachos, tacos, mojitos, and baby back ribs. This Latin flavors will definitely excite you once you visit the resto. Other food establishment that you might want to check out is Nanyang. You should try their Nonya Kaya Butter Toast. It's highly recommended. Don't also forget to order Hainanese Fried Chicken Rice and Cheesy Chicken Chop Noodle. Lastly, we visited Mesa where we tasted the Spicy Halo-Halo, a perfect for those who like a sweet and spicy dessert.

SM City Legazpi is a great location to do shopping. Whether you’re shopping for clothes, electronics, furnitures, toys or groceries, the mall has it. We don't missed to check Our Home and Uniqlo, two of my favorite stores in SM. Most of my tees, shorts and pants are from Uniqlo. Some of the things inside of my room are from Our Home

We also visited the SM Department Store Bills Payment Center and Gift Wrap Section as well the SM Prestige Lounge, an elegant and comfortable haven where you can unwind in luxe interiors, catch up on the latest news, quietly sip a cup of coffee. You can view the beautiful Mt. Mayon at the lounger area.

SM City Legazpi has the most scenic food hall in the Philippines. It's a great place to eat sumptuous food while enjoying the beautiful view of  Mayon Volcano! The mall also provides family fun experiences that make each day better for all.  A must visit destination when you are in Legazpi City.
