Cebu Pacific to fly to Melbourne, offers thrice weekly flights

Starting August 14, Cebu Pacific, the country's largest airline, will start servicing the Manila-Melbourne route, 3 times weekly with fares as low as Php7500, banking on the rising number of Filipino tourists in Australia.


Manila-Melbourne flight is Cebu Pacific's second flight to Australia after in opened flight to Sydney in 2014. Year-round fares will start as low as Php7500, with thrice weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays- with the following schedule:

Manila-Melbourne (5J 049) – 6:05 am ETD, 3:50 pm ETA
Melbourne-Manila (5J 050) – 5:05 pm ETD, 11:15 pm ETA
